Loop 10-Year Anniversary Sweepstakes Rules and Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Sweepstakes for 4 Suite Tickets to an upcoming 2023 event at the Oakland Arena in Oakland CA. By participating in and accepting the prize of the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents in the state of California of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Loop and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or accept the prize. Any Loop Neighborhood Markets location/Food Mart locations that accept LoopBack loyalty are eligible to enter the sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes period will begin on June 1st, 2023, and end on June 30th, 2023.

Entry: No purchase necessary. Must be a LoopBack Loyalty Member. Please visit www.loopneighborhood.com/sweepstakes to see and print an entry form. You must enter your Name, First & Last, the Phone number that is linked to your LoopBack Rewards Account, Email, LoopBack Loyalty Number and Date. This must be mailed to 41805 Albrae Street Fremont, CA 94538 before June 30^th 2023. The customer is responsible for paying mailing fees. Loop is not at fault if the postcard gets lost or delayed during transit. Please email us at Hello@loopneighborhood.com for any questions or comments. Only one entry per LoopBack customer.

Customers will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes once they spend $25 after taxes or more over three separate visits to Loop each week during the Sweepstakes Period (month of June). The following date ranges are the time periods in which a customer should (1), visit the store 3 or more times, and (2) spend $25 or more for the week. June 1^st – June 10^th, June 11^th– June 11^th – June 17^th, June 18^th– June 24^th, & June 25^th– June 30^th. Purchase MUST be made through LoopBack loyalty each time in order to count towards the qualifications of the sweepstakes. If Loyalty purchases are down at a specific location at the time of purchase, please take a picture of your full receipt and email it to “hello@loopneighborhood.com” within 24 hours of purchase for it to count towards your qualifications of entering the sweepstakes.

Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random on or about July 5th, 2023, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days of the drawing. The potential winner will be sent an agreement form, that must be signed and returned agreeing to the terms and conditions set in place and accepting the prize. Potential winners must then sign and send back the form within 48 hours of receiving or a new potential winner will then be selected. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The winner is responsible for paying their own travel fees, to and from the Oakland Arena at 7000 Coliseum Way, Oakland, CA 94621. Loop Neighborhood Markets is not responsible for any other fees or purchases that are made at or in preparation/traveling to this event.

Prize: The prize consists of four (4) suite tickets to an upcoming 2023 Event at the Oakland Arena at 7000 Coliseum Way, Oakland, CA 94621. A list of the upcoming events can be found here https://www.theoaklandarena.com/events. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Concert choice is subject to change. Loop Neighborhood must approve the concert choice. There could be limitations on the availability of certain concerts for selection.

General Terms: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Loop reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, without notice.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you release Loop and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
