Social Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- The LoopMarkets Instagram Giveaway (“Cheers to 10 Years Giveaway”) is hosted on the official LoopMarkets Instagram account (@loopmarkets) from Sunday, June 4th, 2023, to Saturday, June 10th, 2023. Each day during the Giveaway period, LoopMarkets will post a different giveaway item on its Instagram account.
- To be eligible to enter the Giveaway, participants must fulfill the following requirements: a. Comment below the giveaway post, tagging one friend per comment. b. Follow the official LoopMarkets Instagram account (@loopmarkets). c. Be a LoopBack member or sign up to become one.
- Participants may enter the Giveaway multiple times by tagging different friends in separate comments on each giveaway post.
- The Giveaway will close on June 30th, 2023, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
- The winners will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries. Each winner will be entitled to receive the prize from the specific Giveaway post.
- The winners will be announced shortly after the closing of the Giveaway through Instagram direct message (DM) to their Instagram account used for entry.
- In the event that a winner does not respond to the Instagram DM within seven (7) days of the announcement, LoopMarkets reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prizes will be provided.
- The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid Instagram account.
- The winner is responsible for picking up giveaway prize. Loop Markets is not responsible for travel fee to pick up this prize.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of LoopMarkets are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
- By entering the Giveaway, participants grant @LoopMarkets the right to use their Instagram usernames and comments for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway.
- LoopMarkets reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
- LoopMarkets reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
- This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to LoopMarkets and not to Instagram.
- By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release LoopMarkets and Instagram from any liability or claim arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway.
