Terms and Conditions: Fuel Discount 10 Year Anniversary Promotion at LoopBack X Shell Locations – Mondays in June 2023

1. Promotion Overview: 1.1. The fuel discount promotion is offered by Loop Markets in partnership with Shell. 1.2. The Promotion is valid only at participating LoopBack X Shell locations. 1.3. The Promotion is applicable on Mondays in June 2023. 1.4. The Promotion offers a fuel discount of 10 cents per gallon, with a maximum of 20 gallons per customer.
2. Eligibility: 2.1. The Promotion is open to all customers who meet the following) Must purchase fuel at a participating LoopBack X Shell location on a Monday in June 2023.
3. Promotion Details: 3.1. The fuel discount of 10 cents per gallon is applicable to all grades of fuel available at the participating LoopBack X Shell locations. 3.2. The maximum fuel purchase eligible for the discount is 20 gallons per customer per visit. 3.3. The fuel discount will be applied at the point of sale upon the eligible purchase of fuel when you enter your phone number that is linked to your LoopBack rewards account. 3.4. The fuel discount cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated. 3.5. The fuel discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
4. Exclusions: 4.1. The fuel discount does not apply to non-fuel purchases, such as convenience store items, car wash services, or any other products or services offered at the participating LoopBack X Shell locations. 4.2. The fuel discount is not applicable to fleet cards, commercial fuel purchases, or other similar business accounts. 4.3. The fuel discount is not applicable to any other fuel purchase made outside the specified promotional period or on days other than Mondays in June 2023.
5. Liability: 5.1. Loop and Shell are not responsible for any errors, technical malfunctions, or other issues that may prevent the fuel discount from being properly applied or redeemed. 5.2. Loop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. 5.3. Loop is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the participation in or use of the fuel discount promotion.
6. Governing Law: 6.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the participating LoopBack X Shell locations are situated.

By participating in the fuel discount Promotion at Loop locations, customers agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Loop reserves the right to disqualify any individuals found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
