No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Loop Neighborhood Markets Wing Zings® Theme Park Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Loop Neighborhood Markets (“Sponsor” or “Loop”). The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are active LoopBack loyalty members. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Loop Neighborhood Markets and its affiliates are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes begins on the promotion start date and ends on February 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries received after this date and time will not be eligible. Participants may enter by purchasing a 5-pack Wing Zings® product at any participating Loop Neighborhood Markets or LoopBack location while using a registered LoopBack loyalty account. Each qualifying 5-pack Wing Zings® purchase will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, and each additional qualifying purchase will earn one (1) additional entry. All purchase-based entries are tracked automatically through the LoopBack loyalty system at the register.

No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without making a purchase, participants must visit https://www.loopneighborhood.com/loopxwingzingssweepstakes2026/, download and complete the official mail-in entry form, and mail it to Loop Neighborhood Markets, Attn: Digital Marketing Department – Sweepstakes, 1320 Decoto Road, Suite 200, Union City, CA 94587. Mail-in entries must be received by February 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Loop Neighborhood Markets. The winner will be contacted on or before March 9, 2026 using the phone number and/or email address associated with their LoopBack loyalty account. If the selected winner does not respond within a reasonable time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The prize consists of four (4) two-day tickets to a California theme park selected by Loop Neighborhood Markets and a three (3) night hotel stay at a hotel approved and selected by Loop Neighborhood Markets, located near the theme park. The prize does not include airfare, transportation, gas, parking, meals, beverages, incidentals, gratuities, or any other expenses not expressly stated. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged. Dates for the theme park visit and hotel stay will be determined by Loop Neighborhood Markets and must be mutually agreed upon by Loop and the winner.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company, Disney Parks, or any related entities. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Loop Neighborhood Markets, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Loop Neighborhood Markets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time without notice or cause. Loop is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or damaged entries, technical malfunctions, or any errors related to participation in the Sweepstakes. Entrants release and hold harmless Loop Neighborhood Markets and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize. Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Loop Neighborhood Markets’ privacy policy.
