1. Download the Loop Neighborhood app.

2. Turn on location services and push notifications.

3. Create an app account and a loyalty account (if you don’t already have one).

   Ideally both accounts should use the same phone number.

4. Open the app and tap the “Car Wash” tab at the bottom.

5. Select the “Subscriptions” tab.

6. Choose your desired subscription plan.

7. Enter your payment method and complete the signup.

Subscribers receive:

• One (1) car wash per day

  – Resets at midnight

  – Unused washes do not roll over or accumulate

• $0.20 off per gallon on fuel

  – Valid once per week

  – Applies to up to 20 gallons

1. Open the app and go to the Subscriptions page.

2. Tap “Use Wash Now.”

3. A QR code scanner will appear.

4. Scan the QR code on the car wash kiosk at the car wash entrance.

5. The wash will activate automatically.

1. At the fuel pump pin pad, before paying, select “Loopback Rewards / Poppy Points.”

2. Enter the same phone number linked to the loyalty account associated with your subscription.

3. The $0.20 per gallon discount will automatically apply.

1. Open the app 

2. Tap “Menu” at the bottom of the app.

3.  Select “Manage Subscription Payments.”

4. Select “Change/Cancel Subscription.”

5. Tap “Cancel Subscription.”

6. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

2. Tap “Menu” at the bottom of the app.

3.  Select “Manage Subscription Payments.”

4. Choose “Update Payment Method.”

5. Enter the new payment information and click “Save.”

1. Open the app and go to the Subscriptions page.

2. Scroll down and select “Manage Subscription.”

3. Select “Change/Cancel Subscription.”

4. Choose “Upgrade” or “Change” under the plan you want for the next billing cycle.

5. Follow the prompts to confirm the change.
